- What is a Mandala?
The word man- da- la, mun-dah-la, originated in Sanskrit. Mandala simply means a circle. The depiction of it is found in all religions and cultures as a circle, a wheel. a wreath, rotation, circulation and round dances. The circle has a center, not always seen. The center is equivalent of God, the symbol. Mandalas have an arresting beauty.
- What is an Intention?
An intention is declaring what you want from the universe. Like a prayer, but you are not praying for what you want. You are praying WHAT you want. You are simply saying here is my intention and make it happen. It is important that what you ask for is for the highest good of all. Intentions that are genuinely made for your own good and the greater good of all will tend to manifest in a positive way.
- What is Universal Energy?
The sun, the moon, the stars, and all the different life forms on our planet radiate an energy that is called a universal energy. This energy animates humans and other living beings, it's called universal life force.
- What is Reiki?
Reiki is pronounced - Ray as a Ray of Light and Key as a Key to unlock a door. Together they could mean "Soul Energy" or "Spirit Energy". Reiki is a healing energy. Reiki is Universal Life Energy - a balanced energy flowing through the practitioner hands that brings about healing. It is all religions.

There are three different levels of Reiki training. A Reiki Master is a person who has completed all three levels.
