Some examples of intention are the following: I open my heart to wonder, laughter, grace, forgiveness, joy, gratitude... My heart is healed of emotional pain. I desire balance in my life. I have a deeper connection to God, Mother Mary, Jesus, Buddha or other spiritual beings. These intentions are like a prayer asking the Universe to help.

My intention as I create your mandala is to channel Reiki energy into the materials as I hold and use them. Then, I will hold your mandala image in my hands for five to ten minutes sending Reiki directly to the image and onto you. Doing this creates a strong connection so your prayers are empowered.
